AT&T confirms Motorola Atrix 4G to be launched on February 22
Yesterday we announced there are some rumors claiming the Motorola Atrix 4G will be available on February 22th. Today AT&T decided to respond this information leaked and confirmed the phone will be available on the carrier’s stores starting from February 22 for $199.99.
Recall the Motorola Atrix 4G began its pre-sales earlier this week on February 13th, and those customers who pre-ordered the phone for home delivery will see their handsets on February 21st and those users who have pre-ordered the Motorola Atrix 4G to get on AT&T stores will be able to pick them up on February 21st too.

This smartphone is packed with a dual-core processor supporting Tegra 2 chipset, 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. This is an Android 2.2-powered device designed for 4G network. But besides this there are other features making it a high-end smartphone. I mean its 4-inc TFT capacitive touchscreen with Gorilla Glass technology, 5MP camea with resolution of 2592х1944 pixels, autofocus and LED flash, 1930mAh standard Lithium battery providing up to 9 hours of talk time and 250 hours of stand-by mode.
Other features include:
- Dimensions: 117.8×63.5×10.1mm
- Weight: 136 g
- MOTOBLUR UI with Live Widgets
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA
- Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, EDR
- microUSB 2.0
- Secondary VGA camera for video calling
- HDMI port for HD video viewing on TV
- Adobe Flash 10.1 player.
As you can see this is quite elegant smartphone with many awesome features and I think it is worth to pay $200 for such handset. And if you get the Motorola Atrix 4G with the laptop dock, it’ll cost $499.99 with two year contract and tethering add-on and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
