Motorola Charm and Flipout will remain on Android 2.1

| March 4, 2011 | 0 Comments

The Motorola Charm and Flipout are two from those smartphones that come with unconventional designs, but at this time I wouldn’t talk about their views or features as such phones never are equipped with awesome features. But let’s talk about everything in order. Today Motorola updated its increasingly less popular update timeline chart, where we could see the company will remain the abovementioned phones with Android 2.1 Éclair.

I agree, it’s sad news for those who own Flipout or Charm, but it’ll be an extravagance that Motorola will pay more attention to these devices instead of other succeeded ones. You don’t need to dispirit as the Charm and Flipout are unique in their designs and wherever you’ll be your handsets would vary from others and regardless which version of Android they run.

The aforementioned thought means Motorola designed these phones for those users who prefer to use unique phone, and not for those ones who use many new apps, or are always in touch with the newest features, because for those users are more “clever” smartphones like the Motorola Droid, Milestone or Atrix. And I’m asking once again: do not sadden, your Motorola Charm or Flipout are perfect even with Android 2.1 version.

Though Motorola has ignored them in software aspect, but there always would be companies to offer many amazing accessories making these phones much more attractive.

Motorola Charm and Flipout owners, I am waiting for your feedbacks.
